In this 30-minute full-body workout, we use circuits and drop sets to build muscular strength and definition! The only equipment you will need for today's training is your dumbbells!

We will have 4 circuits with 5 exercises in each working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds. When we finish our circuits we will then complete a drop set round! The drop set round will consist of 3 exercises 3 sets of each. We will continue to drop the weight as we proceed through the drop sets. The work timer will be set for 40 seconds in each drop set!

The exercise list and structure is as follows!
Circuits 1 & 3
- Suitcase squat
- Curtsy lung with double pulse | *Mod - Sumo squat
- Sumo Deadlift
- Chest flys to skull crushers
- Arms up row
Circuits 2 & 4
- Narrow to shoulder press
- Pump curls
- Sumo glute bridge
- Romanian Deadlift
- Kneeling pallof press
Drop sets
- Shoulder press
- Chest press
- Squat
