This 15 minute full body stretch is an amazing way to end your workout session or just take time out of your day to relax and increase your flexibility.
This stretch focuses on release those tight areas like the upper and lower back, hips, glutes, and hamstrings.
Incorporating dessert aka stretching into your fitness routine is an amazing way to increase flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, decrease stress, and help you unwind!


As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
