This Indian clubbell flow combines swings in front of the body and by the side of the body, and has a double handed and single handed variation.
The Pahlavandle Gama is loaded to 7,5kg.
The footwork is simple, but the actual timing might require a bit of practice, so go light at first!
The benefits of linking the exercises in this flow are: better timing & coordination, and developing a better sense of proprioception by stimulating the vestibular system.
When doing the Gama flow, you can actually reverse the direction of the flow before you switch grips or hands.

Many people associate the gada with the mace used by the wrestlers of Northern India. That type of mace typically has a long bamboo handle fitted with a heavy stone or concrete weight at the end.
