1 clean+1 hang clean +1 squat
1 clean+2 hang cleans+1 squat
1 clean+3 hang cleans+1 squat
1 clean+4 hang cleans+1 squat
1 clean+5 hang cleans+1 squat
***5 Burpee tuck jumps between each round

Functional core (30:10×2)
1. Alt rev lunge + twists
2. Weighted V hold twists + press
3. oblique plank hops to KB upright row
4. Weighted windshield wiper leg lift

EMOM (5mins)* 2 reps for 2 rounds, then 3, 4, & 5 reps/move
KB diamond pushups
Deadlifts
high pull
staggered DL

***10 skaters to SL burpees
***10 Box jump burpees

Complex ×3
1 clean+1 hang clean+1 squat
1 clean+1 hang clean+2 squats
1 clean+1 hang clean+3 squats

***5 Divebomber burpees in bet each round

Functional lower body (30:10×2)
1. Clean to curtsy
2. Deadlifts, squats
3. Alt deadstop lateral lunge
4. Reset swing to gob squat

***10 star jump burpee

5 reps ×3
1. High pull
2. Bent row
3. Clean and press
4. Competition burpees

Complex set ×3
1clean +1 hang clean+1 squat

***5 tricep pushups burpee bet each round

Functional upper body (30:10×2)
1. Clean and press to halo
2. Bent row push press
3. Chest press to pull over
4. staggered pushup clean and press
***10 squat jump burpees

Swing it out 20:10 2x 4 minutes
1. Swings
2. Alt SA swings
3. Reset swing
4. . Rev lunge pass off
