is the Stock Market about to Crash in 2021

Описание к видео is the Stock Market about to Crash in 2021

It's been a full year almost since the pandemic, 2 stimulus checks later, federal reserve pumping money into the economy, and interest being at historically low rates.

1. 1970s -1980s ( the great inflation period – double-digit inflation, loss of jobs, and stock market down 50%)
- Why does this matter in 2021
- Which almost the opposite of what's going on today ( unemployment is slowly going down ), the market is at all-time high, and inflation is not yet at double digits
- But inflation one of the main things that going to affect you ( because it means prices are going up and your money Is losing buying power )

If you noticed:
inflation talks: Prices are being raised and people are not really complaining ( its just inflation ) – prices of goods, home building materials and furniture ( a part of it in lack off ) – people have money and they want to spend it
- Fed jobs: is to make sure inflation stays in check, stable employment, and stable interest rates ( and if you think about, which one takes priority here, its employment )
- If inflation gets out of hand, the fed will raise rates, which means its more expensive to borrow money and that should slow done spending
- Which could cost a slow down in the market, which could then trigger a sell-off ( but that’s a part of the game )

However: when inflation does it out of hand and if it does
- Remember keeping your money in cash is not idea
- You want to invest your money into assets that produce more money ( which in return is in a way exactly what the fed wants )
- But if inflation is 5-6% and your money is growing at 8-12% that means you are in the clear

2. If we do have Sell off, Correction, Recession or bitcoin crash ( what are you supposed to do )
- People say buy the Dip
- Short your stocks
- Buy puts and calls

However in reality here is the truth:
- If that market does crash, which eventually at some point in your lifetime it will
- If you know how to invest you should buy more of your current investments at a discount
- If you just investing in index funds and mutual funds for retirement, you just continue to invest normally ( because you want to average out your losses by buying at discount )

3. Some of the Signs of the Market Crash will be
- Increase prices by a lot
- Fed raising rates
- Publics feels towards the market
- Economy slowing down
- But even then you can't predict whats when its happen

So what I’m doing is this:
- I will continue to invest during the good times and the bad times
- And I keep an emergency fund of 6 months, in case the bad times get really bad
- But that’s it, you can't predict you gotta play the game, and expect it

But answer your question directly: will the market crash in 2021 (IDK but I always play the game like the worst is yet to come)
