-1/4 cup garlic cloves
-2 tbsp Mexican oregano
-2 tbsp black peppercorn
-1 tbsp cumin
-1 tbsp sesame seed
-1 bay leaf
-1 lbs pork butt
-2 quarts chicken stock
-salt to taste
-lime juice to taste

(Garnish)
-cabbage
-cilantro
-avocado
-radish
-tortillas
-sour cream
