#Pozole
-2 lbs pork butt
-2 tbsp garlic
-1 yellow onion
-4 chile guajillo
-4 chile ancho
-tbsp chipotle
-2 tbsp mexican oregano
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tbsp black pepper
-1 bay leaf
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1/2 cup rice vinegar
-1/4 cup rice oil
-limes to taste
-cilantro to taste
-1 16oz can hominy
-2 quarts stock or water.
-cabbage, radishes, onion, cilantro, avocado, corn tortillas to garnish
