We are training for upper body definition and strength with this 30-minute no-repeat style strength workout! We will target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and back with 20 different exercises. The intensity is increased with the structure of this training session as we work 4 exercises for the same muscle group in consecutive order! We will incorporate extra stability training with kneeling exercises to work the upper body and the core as well! Aim to lift moderately heavy to engage that hypertrophy style of training resulting in greater muscular definition!

30-MINUTE NO-REPEAT UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10bs to 25lbs / 4.5kg to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy.
- EXERCISE MAT

-WRIST WEIGHTS

-20 TOTAL EXERCISES
-WORK: 60 SECONDS
-REST: 20 SECONDS

-HIPS UP CLOSE GRIP NARROW CHEST PRESS
-CHEST PRESS
-KNEELING CHEST FLYS
-HAMMER CURLS
-KNEELING CROSS BODY CURLS
-WIDE CURLS
-BICEP CURLS
-SIDE-LYING TRICEP PUSH UPS
-SWITCH SIDES
-KNEELING TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSIONS
-KICKBACKS
