What it's like being an Human Resources (HR) Generalist

The best way to become an HR Manager is to be an HR Generalist first. Recruiting and Talent Acquisition is the easiest way, but to learn all aspects of Human Resources, it would be best to get a role as an HR Generalist after your staffing/recruiting role. Networking is key for all, but simply being resilient and tenacious is another way.
