Our gut health is important for our overall health because our gut is the place where most of food is digested and from that process of digestion we get nutrients and energy.
   There are 2 types of bacteria that reside in our guts.one are good type of gut bacteria and others are bad type of bacteria.
   If our guts have higher number of good bacteria and lower number of bad bacteria then we can enjoy a better healthy life otherwise it can be vice versa.
   So it's imperative that we use kind of foods or eatables which are good for our good bacteria and also weaken bad bacteria in our intestines.
