面皮:100克普通面粉,1勺木薯粉,1茶勺盐,1勺油,200毫升清水
材料:1粒沙葛,5瓣蒜,2片猪油,30克虾米,2茶勺盐,1勺胡椒粉,1勺黑酱油,少许清水,甜酱,生菜

1)把100克普通面粉,1勺木薯粉,1茶勺盐,1勺油,200毫升清水搅均
2)热锅,把面糊刷成圆形,煎成片
3)沙葛切丝,蒜切末,猪油切粒
4)热锅热油把猪油炸成金黄色捞出
5)锅留底油爆香蒜&虾米,后倒入沙葛,加2茶勺盐,1勺胡椒粉,1勺黑酱油,少许清水,煮至熟透,大约15分钟
6)取一个面皮,涂上一层甜酱,放入少许生菜,炒香的沙葛&猪油渣包起来即可❤️
