The Barclay Prime $140 cheesesteak made headlines when it was first announced a decade ago, and many outlets like Eater and Philly Voice raved about it. The Barclay Prime $140 Philly cheesesteak is made with Texas A5 Wagyu beef, the finest beef you can get in the US, a foie gras spread, and homemade truffle-infused cheez whiz. This is all for a whopping $140, up from $120 when it was first created a decade ago. Is it worth it? Many believe it to be the best cheesesteak in Philly.
