As a staple food, it’s nutritious and satisfies hunger, having saved numerous lives in the world. As a vegetable, it’s versatile and delicious; it goes well with any seasonings and can be made into any dishes. Potato is deeply incorporated into the Yunnan people’s diet and life. It’s not only a food, but also something they love and part of a ritual of life.
