Learn how to smoothly execute Parallel Heart shapes to add them to your Indian Club practice!

Today I am using my bodymind fit teardrop clubs (my favourite) and we are learning and practicing some movements together.

Try this timing for your own practice
3 rounds through, 60 seconds of each movement
- outward hearts
- inward hearts
- parallel hearts Left
- parallel hearts Right
rest before heading through for set 2 and 3 if you need.
