1994 WOMENS 9-BALL: Jeanette LEE vs Ewa Mataya LAURANCE - 19th U.S. OPEN 9-BALL CHAMPIONSHIPS FINAL

9-Ball – It was the “Black Widow” vs. the “Striking Viking” at the 1994 Women’s U.S. Open 9-Ball Championships. Jeanette Lee, 23, and Ewa Mataya Laurance, 30, both future BCA Hall of Famers matched up in the Finals of that event. Jeanette had a host of wins in her early career, but this was her biggest challenge up to that time. Ewa was the 1988 and 1991 U.S. Open 9-Ball champion with plenty of experience under the lights. Let’s see if it paid off. Since 1994, both Jeanette and Ewa had remarkable careers whose exposure made them famous throughout the world.
