Ingredients 用料:
4.5 lbs (2 kg) whole duck 鸭子
2 tbsp cooking wine 料酒
1 tbsp salt 盐
1/2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorn 花椒粉
1tsp five spice powder 五香粉
Green onion 葱
Ginger 姜
Cooking oil 食用油
