BABBLING: i'm off the deep end and not in the lovey dovey way. in fact, i have fallen out of love with the idea of love. isn't that sad? about a month ago i was feeling so head over heels and now i feel completely numb. a lot of things make me feel numb lately. maybe i just feel desensitized to all of the hate in the world -- which is scary.

what happened in pittsburgh on saturday was a result of blatant antisemitism and ignorance when it comes to gun control. i beg you all to vote on november 6 if you are a us citizen and are old enough to do so. to my friends in pittsburgh, and especially my jewish friends everywhere, i love you. we are with you. we see you and we hear you.

and to all of my immigrant friends, do not fear. i love you. the fourteenth amendment will protect you. i send you all my love in this scary time; i can't imagine how you must be feeling. i will try my best to help you by using my platform to implore everyone in this country to vote on november 6. i'm sorry this is happening.
