This is a fun follow along FULL BODY circular strength training workout using a single Clubbell that alternates between movements overhead and toward the ground. All of these exercises are compound movements, so the whole body is working.

Clubbell training is great because you get to strengthen muscles through multiple planes of motion, thereby improving your strength throughout those ranges of motion. Rather than simply focusing on the push pull of most weight training, we are rotating and moving on a variety of planes and directions - just as we do in life.

Also, they look super badass and make you feel like a ninja. Who doesn't want that?

4 rounds of this circuit, making sure to switch which hand is on top each round.
30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
