Nutritional deficiencies like protein deficiencies can cause severe hair fall like people on crash diet like they have fruits one day they have water one day they lose out on lot of proteins in their diet and tend to lose a lot of hair and they need a protein supplementation. It is not only the antioxidants and vitamins but also a wholesome diet rich with carbohydrate proteins essential fatty acids amino acids and Vitamins as well with lot of antioxidants. So when the supplementation is good the hair fall recovery is better. In cases of chemotherapy we have to continue we have to put people on peptide which may to some extent reduce hair fall but not absolutely take it off.
