Days after Ryan Duke was acquitted of murdering Tara Grinstead, family and friends were back in court Monday for a sentencing hearing. Tara's sister, Anita Grinstead Gattis, asked the court for the maximum sentence. She used her time on the stand to detail how good of a person Tara was since testimony detailing who she was wasn't allowed in the trial.
