There is more to health and performance than the simplified popular approach of doing 5 basic movement patterns, which are very often done as bilateral moves: Push, pull, hinge, squat and loaded carry.
We still use this 5 pattern system to cover all bases but prefer JC Santana's model of: Push, pull, level change, rotation, locomotion, including unilateral moves, and multi planar movements.
And we like to include isolation exercises when necessary.

There is nothing wrong in following a general training template, minimalist training, etc... But there might be times when you need to address specific issues with more direct training than a template can provide!

We have created the Pahlavandle ™ range to make it affordable for everyone to discover the benefits of swinging clubs.
Our clubs are easily adjustable, which is a modern twist on the ancient traditional Indian clubs used to train Tamil and Persian warriors and wrestlers.
Indian clubs were used in Europe and USA for remedial gymnastics in the 18th and 19th century, by pioneers of physiotherapy.
