‘Little B*tch Boy’: Florida Cop Taunts and Curses at Bystanders, Brags About ‘Flying Knee’ Kick

Bodycam footage shows a Florida cop cursing at bystanders and taunting them after taking down a suspect with a “flying knee” kick in June 2022. The Tampa Police Department reprimanded Officer Dukagjin Maxhuni, a 10-year veteran at the department, and transferred him to another division as a result of his violation of standards of conduct.
