PoE 3.18 - Crafting an RF Helmet

Righteous Fire RF Inquisitor builds have been super popular in the last few PoE leagues, and in today's video, we'll be using recombinators to craft a juicy RF helmet. The main modifiers we need are the Essence of Horror Socketed Gems Deal 30% More Elemental Damage, as well as Supported by Level x Burning Damage and Concentrated Effect. With these three mods alone, a helmet like this can be a massive upgrade to an RF Build.
