G'MIC: An Amazing, Free Plugin

G'MIC is a free plugin that you can easily download and install which offers in the region of 500 different effects, many of them quite amazing. Here's how to set it up and use it. Free, of course. (and thanks to viewer John C for alerting me to this.)
