CZ : Recept na podmáslový celozrnný chléb pro domácí pekárny :

340 ml podmáslí
2 lžíce bílého jogurtu
1 lžíce octa
2 lžíce oleje
1 lžička kmínu
2 lžičky soli
špetka hnědého cukru
10 g čerstvého droždí
200 g hladké mouky
100 g špaldové mouky
100 g žitné celozrnné mouky
100 g pšeničné celozrnné mouky
semínka dle chuti (sezamové, slunečnicové, lněné)

Věškeré ingredience musí mít pokojovou teplotu.
Do pekárny vložíte nejprve tekuté ingredience a droždí, necháte chvilinku vzejít poté přidáte sypké ingredience, nastavíte program pro podmáslový chléb a spustíte program. Jedna z výhod domácích pekáren : pekárna udělá práci za Vás :)
