[M/V] NU'EST - LOVE ME

After successfully completing the “Three-part Knight Series” last April with their 6th Mini Album, [Happily Ever After], the group returns in six months with their 7th Mini Album, [The Table].

Through their 7th Mini Album, [The Table], NU’EST attempts to show a different side of themselves from their original color.

The album revolves around the theme of “love,” and expresses a variety of emotions and memories that anyone can encounter throughout their lives. The tracks are like relatable stories that you tell at the dinner table with friends and family members. [The Table] is an album that will melt the hearts of many by displaying NU’EST’s distinct style and emotions.

The title track, “LOVE ME,” is an alternative house and urban R&B track that expresses the feeling of a person deeply in love through the use of a stylish and sweet sound. NU’EST sends the message that one should be more honest when in love in their own direct yet rhythmical way, capturing the attention of their fans.

지난 4월 미니 6집 [Happily Ever After]로 ‘기사 3부작’을 마무리하고 성공적인 제 2막을 열었던 그룹 뉴이스트가 약 6개월 만에 미니 7집 [The Table]로 화려한 컴백을 알렸다.

7번째 미니 앨범 [The Table]은 뉴이스트의 새로운 시도를 담아내 지금까지 선사한 음악과는 확실한 차별화를 보인 앨범이다.

이번 앨범은 ‘사랑’이라는 테마 안에서 누구나 겪을 수 있는 다양한 감정과 기억들을 담아낸 앨범이다. 나른한 오후, 좋은 사람들과 식탁에 마주 앉아 식사를 하며 편하게 나눈 여러 이야기를 옮긴 것 같이 쉽게 공감할 수 있는 현실적인 언어로 이야기를 녹여낸 ‘The Table’은 뉴이스트만의 감성을 엿볼 수 있으며 리스너들의 마음을 녹이기 충분한 앨범이다.

타이틀곡 ‘LOVE ME’는 사랑에 푹 빠져있는 사람의 모습을 얼터너티브 하우스와 어반 R&B라는 두 가지 장르로 세련되면서도 달콤한 사운드로 표현한 곡으로, 사랑 앞에서는 조금 더 솔직해져도 된다는 메시지를 뉴이스트만의 스타일로 직접적이면서도 리드미컬하게 전달해 팬들의 눈과 귀를 동시에 사로잡았다.
