In this episode we catch, clean and cook a nice cubera snapper. We start the video out cleaning and prepping the snapper with Jamaican Mike and then I take you back out on the boat for some fishing. We manage to catch 3 cubera snapper and a big goliath grouper. After fishing we head back to the kitchen and Mike makes a Proper Meal! Enjoy!
