The New Dragons in House Of The Dragon S2 Second Trailers Explained

It has been around 18 months since the conclusion of the first season finale of House of the Dragon, yet the duration of the wait may have been interminable for fans. (Please note: The time interval between seasons 1 and 2 is approximately one month in terms of dragon years.) With our glasses now half full, I am delighted to report that the second season of the HBO fantasy series will debut on June 16th this summer. In order to further excite the viewers for the highly anticipated comeback, House of the Dragon unveiled two contrasting teasers depicting the impending civil war.

The two previews for the upcoming "Dance of the Dragons" ask fans to pick a side between Queen Alicent Hightower and Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen. The teasers also function as a reminder for individuals (like me) who have only a faint recollection of the identities of these individuals.
