Peggy Grande, a former EA to US President Ronald Reagan, says the world sees US President Joe Biden for “what he is”.

Ms Grande discussed the upcoming COP26 Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, which President Biden is attending.

“This is somebody they will be talking about, not to,” Ms Grande said of President Biden.

“His words at this point are irrelevant and meaningless, and without China and Russia … even at COP26, it’s not going to matter what Joe Biden says.

“People are not going to be listening to him, his words are empty.”
