Russian Troops' Bodies In Lyman, 'Citizenship' For Annexed Ukrainians, CIA Chief's Warning On Putin

Ukraine’s military claims it killed over 370 Russian troops over the last 24 hours and destroyed various military equipment. Local authorities said Russian troops launched a missile attack on the liberated village of Shevchenkove in Kharkiv region. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree to formally deem the notion of any talks with Putin "impossible”. The decree formalised comments made by Zelensky after Putin proclaimed four occupied regions of Ukraine to be a part of Russia. The Kremlin said its "special military operation" will continue even if Kyiv rules out talks, adding it "takes two sides to negotiate”. The upper house of the Russian Parliament has ratified Moscow's annexation of four Ukrainian regions, as per state media TASS. CIA Director William Burns has warned that the Russian President can be “quite dangerous and reckless” if he is cornered. Burns also suggested that Russia’s rising challenges have left Putin with fewer options, making him potentially more dangerous. Russian authorities have fined the winner of 2022 Miss Crimea beauty pageant, Olga Valeyeva for singing a patriotic Ukrainian song.
