I tried the Coca-Cola Cookbook

The Coca-Cola cookbook was very kindly sent to me recently, I think it's quite fun to try out different recipe books and see what they are like, as you'll see I was quite limited with my options due to recent videos - such as teriyaki chicken or french onion soup, but I wanted something quirky to try and a Coca-Cola infused chili which could easily have meat added for those that wish truly stood out and what a lovely little thing it was to try too! Find out how it's made and what I think, then maybe try for yourself!

Ingredients list:
1tbsp Olive Oil
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2tsp ground cumin
1tsp smoked paprika
1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes
300ml coca cola
2x 400g tins mixed beans, drained
To serve
Plain rice, cooked to package instructions
Guacamole
Sour Cream
Fresh coriander, chopped
Grated cheese (if you are Chloe)
Barry’s optional bonus 100ml coca cola for a syrup (see method)
