In 2019, Alpha Media Holdings launched #InConversationswithTrevor, an In-depth interview-style show in which Trevor Ncube sits down with various high-profile guests in a series of candid, hard-hitting conversations. The show now has over 34k subscribers and over 5 million YouTube views. To mark # InConversationswithTrevor's third anniversary, #ICWTMasterclass is officially launched.

This offshoot show manifested from audiences feedback, asking for a deep dive into the protagonists’ specific skill sets. The protagonists are trailblazers and outliers in their fields, #ICWTMasterclass aims to shine a spotlight on their homegrown lessons, successes, and failures, and how they have “mastered” their industry.
