Today’s video is from the Channel GILXL. This video takes place in Raleigh North Carolina and it involves the Raleigh Police department. More specifically it involves officers Robinson and Fernstrum and his tyrant demeanor. In this video, the men behind the camera look to be parked at an apartment complex that they reside at. As they’re coming down they see Officer Fernstrum looking into their car with a flashlight. When they go and confront the officer, things get very interesting.
