Coconut Cupcake Recipe
Egg yolk part
- 3 egg yolks
- Sugar 25 g
- Oil 40 g
- Coconut milk 45 g
- Cake Flour 100 g

Egg white part
- 3 egg white
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- Sugar 65 g

Coconut Sauce
- Sugar 25 g
- Cornstarch 20 g
- Coconut water 100 g
- Coconut milk 120 g
- Coconut meat 130 g
