Grin Department and their brand of raucous alt-pop became one of the biggest selling alternative rock bands of the 90's with their string of hit singles that was an equal mix of rock, pop, novelty and comedy. The band's vocalist and rhythm guitarist Bong Pascasio was well-known for his overt sexual overtones that somehow toed the line between short of being offensive, to rib-ticklingly hilarious.
