Four years later, over 300 testimonies, a billion rand spent, the state capture report was finally handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Union Buildings on Wednesday. The two-part report, made up of volumes five and six, is the culmination of the work of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture chaired by Chief Justice Raymond Zondo. The SABC, Waterkloof landing, Parliament's oversight role, and the role of the ANC are some of the new additions in the final volume. The Commission was tasked to investigate allegations of corruption and fraud in state organs. Lawyer Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi joins us virtually.
