1. Chocolate Milk
In order to find your WHR, you need to measure the circumference of both your waist and hips. By circumference, I mean the distance around something. It is considered healthy to have a WHR of 0.85 for women, 0.9 for men. Sources state that having a WHR of over 1.0 may increase your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Other studies have suggested that drinking green tea for this amount of time will lose body weight and see a significant decrease in body fat and waist circumference.
