Heavy monsoon downpours in Bangladesh's northeastern and northern regions have left millions of people in Sylhet and #Sunamganj districts stranded.

On Friday, June 17, parts of Sylhet city were waterlogged, with residents facing hardship as water entered their homes. Road communication was severely disrupted as major roads went under water. Ground floors of buildings in many areas were completely submerged.
