Ecological psychology and enactivism are two theories within the post-cognitivist or 4E approach to the mind. Both offer a non-representational, active, and agent-centered approach to cognition and they are two offer great ideas for building a new cognitive science from this perspective. They share common assumptions and many authors (even myself) offered some arguments in favor of the convergence and complementarity of both approaches. However, there are still strong divergences too, and they have to be taken into account. This talk aims to offer a general map of these convergences and divergences of enaction and ecological psychology and I will offer some key questions that should be taken into account in the future.
