Days after Ryan Duke was acquitted of murdering Tara Grinstead, family and friends were back in court Monday for a sentencing hearing. Up first was Tara's stepmother, Connie Grinstead, who asked the court for the maximum sentence and lambasted how her death had been turned into some form of entertainment with a podcast and nationwide tour. She also said the family's initial intent was not to speak to media after the trial, but the defense team's celebratory press conference made them reconsider.
