March 11, 2020 will go down as one of the most pivotal moments in NBA history. Minutes before the start of the Utah Jazz vs. Oklahoma City Thunder game, officials rushed the court to stop the game from tipping off due to fears of the novel coronavirus. The game was cancelled within 30 minutes. It was soon reported that Jazz star Rudy Gobert had tested positive for the virus. The NBA reacted quickly by suspending the season.
