Sienna "Sinny" Bernal was born with a form of primordial dwarfism that is so uncommon it has yet to be formally classified. But even rarer is the fact that she is the monozygotic twin of Sierra.

The 22-year-old "discordant" sisters from Tomball, Texas, USA display the greatest height differential in identical twins: when last measured, Sinny stood 132 cm (4 ft 4 in) tall, while Sierra reached 170 cm (5 ft 7 in).
