This pro move can be learned and implemented by golfers of all skill levels and is a great way to lower your golf scores. When you do this right, the clubhead strikes the golf ball in the centre creating more distance and accuracy.

Practice keeping your golf hands low and you'll shallow the club more and produce a more compressed and penetrating ball flight.
