The Supreme Court has given an important order in the encounter case of the accused in the Disha rape case. On the basis of the Sirpurkar Commission report, he has asked the Telangana High Court to take action regarding this encounter. According to reports, the Sirpurkar Commission has indicated in its report that the encounter in which the accused in the Disha rape and murder case were killed was fake. The report has recommended prosecution of all the 10 police officers involved in the alleged encounter in Hyderabad under the murder section. Watch the video to know more.
