Baguio City Creative Festival or also known as IBAGIW Creative Festival was created by the Philippines' Department of Tourism to showcase and promote the rich traditions and art culture of Baguio City. Being named by UNESCO World Heritage as a Creative City for Crafts and Folk Arts, the Festival is a vehicle to show the reasons for this accolade.

On its fourth annual staging, this year's theme is 'Create. Integrate, Elevate.' Celebrated for the whole month of November and extends to early December, the Festival has launched a number of interesting and vibrant activities around the city. Included are a number of arts exhibitions at different venues.
1. Batok: Traditional Tattoos of the Cordillera - An Exhibitions of Photographs
Held at Museo Kordilyera in UP Baguio, the exhibition showcased this famous craft of the indigenous people of Cordillera - traditional tattoo that depicts elements of nature. At present times, the practice is still very much alive and even popular among people living outside of Cordillera. It is one of the reason why the province is popular among tourists.
2. Handwoven Tales. The Warp and Weft of Cordillera Textiles.
Also held at Museo Cordillera, it is a showcase of the Cordillera-produced textiles. The exhibit showcase the different fabrics and patterns representing the municipalities of the Cordilleras.
3. Alimuom. Contemporary Art Exhibitions
Alimuom translates as petrichor, a natural phenomenon caused by the release of particular chemicals from the soil when the rain reaches the ground. The exhibitions features the works of Baguio City's contemporary artists.
