This 30 minute single clubbell workout focuses on mastering your mill. I'm guiding you through a short warmup and giving a more in depth explanation before I turn on the music and we get into the workout.

As with any compound exercise, we ensure success by breaking down the movement into smaller pieces and working them individually, gaining understanding and control, so that we can put it all together smoothly.

We have a timer, so don't focus on rushing through reps. Whether you do 1 rep or 10 doesn't matter as long as you're doing them right. Take your time and slow it down. It'll actually be harder to move the club slowly and keep the same level of control. As it's said, "Slow is Smooth, Smooth is fast." This is a great opportunity to focus on each component of the movement and understand what element needs more training to get the entire compound exercise feeling smooth and fluid.

Workout:::
1 round of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off performing each exercise on both sides before moving to the next movement. Then 4 rounds per exercise of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (alternating hands each round).
