CHEESE BURGER

Ingredients:
-1 lbs beef chuck trimmed
-white bread buns
-Darigold Cheddar
-lettuce tomato onion mustard for the fixings

For the cheese sauce:
-4 OZ butter
-4 OZ flour
-2 cups whole milk
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1 1/2 cups cheddar
Salt to taste
Mirin vinegar to taste
