Wildlife of Mt Rainier National Park

The wilderness of Mt. Rainier National Park teems with wildlife, from inquisitive Camp Robbers to the majestic Mountain Goats that leap from crag to crag above the tumbling glaciers that pour from the 14,000 foot heights above. In the verdant alpine fields fat marmots graze and horde the bounty of Summer's harvest in preparation for the coming snow of winter. The animals that call Mt. Rainier home are every bit as wonderful as the stunning landscapes of this National Park.
