Freaking Hot Party Wings

I decided to see how popular marinated spicy hot chicken wings would be here on YouTube; so I came up with my own formula for the marinade. I also modified some of the coating mix from my Finger Lickin' Chicken recipe. I deboned the wings to marinate the inside as well as the outside, but you don't need to debone them. They will still be delicious. Watch to the end to see my response to the flavor.

Coating Mix:
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon dried basil; ground
1 teaspoon dried marjoram; ground
2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon MSG (monosodium glutamate) (optional)
4 cups (20 oz./567g) all-purpose flour
For a spicy hot coating, put some of this mix in a bowl and stir in some Creole seasoning mix.
