I finally decided to tell my story about when I was arrested for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence). I was reluctant to share this story because I did not want everyone to know how much of a failure I was. Nonetheless, I am here to share my story with confidence. The reason I want to share my story with everyone is so that, hopefully I can paint a better picture and demonstrate that mistakes in life are not the end all be all. I was taught that mistakes are the best teachers in life, without mistakes we as humans would not be able to grow, and become stronger.
Hopefully by sharing my story with everyone, I can inspire or motivate an individual who feel like they have made a terrible mistake, or who feel like they have hit rock bottom. Hopefully i can motivate those individuals that those mistakes will only help and allow you to grow. The only will you will be able to move up in life is to accept what happened, learn from it and let it go. Move on with your life.
